Wang Yingkuan, born in 1971 in Hanzhong, expert in agricultural engineering, agricultural informationization and editing and publishing. He is currently the director of the Agricultural Engineering Science and Technology Information Center of the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, editor, researcher, IJABE editor and deputy secretary general of the China Agricultural Engineering Society.
In 1995, he obtained a bachelor's degree in agricultural mechanization from Northwest Agricultural University, a master's degree in agricultural mechanization from Northwest A&F University in 1998, and a Ph.D. in management (editing and publishing) from Peking University in 2006. In 2009-2011, he went to the University of Minnesota twice as a senior visiting scholar and was an associate professor. He has served as an adjunct professor at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, China Agricultural University, and Jiangsu University.
